Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our refund policy below before ordering.

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept returns if:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was sent

• The product is unused and in original packaging

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

• The returned product is received and inspected, or

• We confirm the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

• The product is used

• Packaging is opened or damaged

• The request is made after 14 days

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked “delivered” by the courier

• Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
