VYMANEL – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 days – 2 weeks, depending on your location and courier delays.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


2. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Enter it on our Track Order page or the carrier’s website to follow your delivery.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Debit & credit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • PayPal (if enabled in your store)
    Your payment must be successfully processed before your order ships.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — but only if the order has not been shipped yet.
Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Please contact us ASAP if you need changes.


5. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is in original packaging

  • Has not been opened or tampered with

Opened hair/skin products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


6. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace or refund the item.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.
International shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–20 days depending on customs delays.


8. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International customers may be charged customs fees depending on their country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.


9. What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, VYMANEL is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
You may file a claim with the carrier, and we will support you where possible.
